Hansen Writing Ball

Hansen Writing BallHansen Writing Ball
Must be in my blood to like typewriters and to type. The Hansen Writing ball, the first typewriter – and electronic to boot. Hansen got the idea by watching deaf students use sign language, he figured people would be able to write faster if they engaged all of their fingers. He also had the foresight to group the most commonly used letters with primary finger placement. He grouped vowels with one hand and consonants on the other, usability at work.
