Out walking with 1/2 of DoubleButter today and he pointed out this guys work in a gallery. Big, bright, and generally just interesting. Kind of graphic design or icon-like, but I think they go past that. Now showing at the Rule Gallery.

Escape to Joshua Tree

Found this house available for rent on a nice site called airbnb that is similar to VRBO but in a much nicer web site package. It offers some really unique properties – night in a castle anyone? including this black modern gem near Joshua Tree.
