Off the Hanger: Bike to the Film Fest

Heads or Tails {Trailer} from Mad Phil Media on Vimeo. “Rise” Trailer from Costa Sunglasses on Vimeo. Couple of selections from the upcoming Film Tour I’ll be hitting up next week in Fort Collins. Very Warren Miller in fishing form (I could stand to hear a little less metal in the soundtracks) but overall, really nice filmmaking [...]

Camo – Top 5

1. Duck – My top pattern, and really a new classic. Original Goretex hand me down from the Pops. Nice leather toggles, shot shell elastic inside the main pockets. Starting to see more signs of reappearance in the Japanese market. 2. Woodland – Always a go-to, really never goes out of style imho. Deployed on the [...]

Pashley Cycles

The local bike shop is bringing these in and man do they look sweet. Just a few of their interesting points are the 28″ wheels, hub brakes and the way the rear fork bolts on. That Guv’nor (top) is calling my name. Check ‘em out.

Raleigh Rainier Cyclocross

This thing would be just about perfect, specially if you wanted to keep it simple (although you’d probably want to add those additional flat lever brakes due to your detest for the road levers). Love the Rainier beer label look and the simple white. Pics from Raleigh and Cyclocross Magazine.
